Why dyu think it wouldn't regulate dude? I guess the Ideas to have the traffic moving without having to wait arbitrate with a signal. Coz when signals fail / it rains HELL breaks loose at kathipara ;).
May not be perfect but I feel it would mitigate the congestion due to cross over traffic
