Raavan movie review

With most of the north indian movie taking a dig at the movie, i thought i had to write about the movie that i liked... mind you i have watched the hindi version and not the tamil one yet... we all know the story, what we want is how has it been interpreted... Mr.Rathnam has done a fabulous job and i am pretty sure that he is one happy man. Acting - almost everyone have done a amazing job Visuals - the real hero music - arr do we need to say more? watch it in theater if you can... lushness of indian forest unfolds in screen and is definitely a treat to watch!!

3 idiots movie review

Its rajkumar hirani all over, the real hero of the movie is its story (may be chetan bhagat). I think amir's job was just to bring the audience in... star power ofcourse!!! Otherwise omi vaidhya's acting was better than the 3 idiots combined. For those who dont know about this person (like me) google his name. Wholesome entertainer, does not preach anything. Go watch - best hindi movie of the year!!!

arundathi movie review

I was really apprehensive when i booked for this, tho' the reviews were favorable i was wondering how would a dubbed movie be, but thanks to a good screen play the movie was not at all a disappointment. The major plus is anushka, she has carried the complete movie with ease.

Graphics are not up-to standards but then good enough for an indian movie, anushka's dance is another drawback. On the whole the movie is an entertainer with some disappointments with logical connections and if you are ready to ignore all that, then yeah go ahead and watch.

pattalam movie review

I am writing a movie review after a very long time, what made me write about this movie??? was it that good that i had to write... well it was the other way round, i am still clueless as to what the director had in his mind.I honestly feel that a couple of boys could have been avoided, they were staring at the camera as a newbie does... Mr. Rohan krishna (director) you could have casted someone else or just done without them...

The boys barring two of them have done a good job! saving grace of the movie... jassi gift - good music score, other wise honestly i thought with these boys he should have delivered a better movie... i dont want to say anymore about the movie

Pirivom... Santhipom...

As usual i was late by 15 mins {last weeks billa i was late by 35 mins : -(}, gv had come down from blore and wanted to see a movie, reading the review i thought this was best of the lot. The movie started of well but then somewhere in between, it got too sentimental or emotional ...whatever!!!

We guys went all the way to mayajaal to watch this one... may be it was not worth going all the way to mayajaal, me and gv left the theater before the movie got over and visited our college (will write about that in the next post). The movie isn targeted for youngsters it more a house wife weepy weepy kind of a story. I dont want to comment too much, but would just say, if you like the soaps in sun or jaya tv, you might like this as well.

Mist - Movie review

For once, i went to watch a movie without reading review and without knowing what it was about, the movie is pretty ok and story-line though not too different from various fictions, is well taken. Based on the Stephen King's novel is definitely a one time watch, a lot of people might not like the way movie ends, but then i felt there was no other way it could have either... Verdict - go for it 4/5

[-] - Director hari, one humble request, we all know that making a movie is not a joke for that we have high regards, but make a movie enjoyable, this movie is like a repeat telecast of your earlier movies --- extensive use of cell phones, high speed jeep chase, mixing three four scenes together...dude we saw this earlier and we saw it from you... so please stop

overall verdict... watch the movie only if you have no other work

Bourne Ultimatum - review

Watched the third one in the offing...i wouldnt say it is a must watch, but it indeed is a decent movie

[+] - Visuals [+] - Jason bourne [+] - Sound track [-] - Fails to explain a lot of incidents, this is what happens when your try to make a novel into a movie.

So, if you have a weekend to while away your time, go for this one

Live free or die hard - review

Today saw this movie, i kind of liked the movie...to me it lived to its trailers' expectation. My verdict go see it!!!

Mozhi - Review

Got a chance to see this movie, let me tell you this movie is way better than the movies that are out recently. I must also confess that i have not seen all the movies that were out. Thanks to prakash raj again for such a lovely movie. A simple story but very well told. I would give a 4.5 out of 5
